Registration as a user is free of charge, but some of the services we provide to you may be subject to fees. By using our services, you agree to the collection of such fees.
In exchange for access to the Platform and Services, you agree to pay a fee for each settled transaction initiated by you (such fee, the “Transaction Fee”). All deducted fees can be found in the transaction history. We reserve the right to change, modify, or increase the Transaction Fee at any time and from time to time. Any such changes, modifications, or increases shall take effect upon the posting of such changes, modifications, or increases on the Site. If you do not agree with the posted changes, modifications, or increases, you should discontinue use of your account as provided herein. Your continued use of the account following the posting of the revised Transaction Fee on the Site will constitute acceptance of all such changes or amendments.
Transaction Fees are paid by the trading parties in any given transaction. Each trading party will be charged a fee in USDT or other currencies as approved by us from time to time. You are responsible for any fees charged by third parties in connection with transferring digital assets to your account on the Platform. The Platform charges a fee for transferring digital assets from your account.
If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged a Transaction Fee, you must immediately notify us of such error, along with any additional information regarding the transaction. If you raise no questions or objections within thirty (30) days after such alleged erroneous Transaction Fee first appears on any account statement, such fee shall be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes.
You may be charged transaction and other fees in connection with your third-party account. Any such fees are set forth in the terms of the third-party service provider. We are not responsible for any fees, other charges, or expenses that you may incur in connection with such third-party account.
We reserve the right to establish and amend the fee structure at our sole discretion. We may also begin charging for services that are currently free. Any changes to the fee structure will be announced in advance.
If you do not agree with any fee charged, you have the right to immediately discontinue the use of one or more services. However, you remain responsible for paying any fees accrued prior to the termination date of such services.
Before conducting any transactions, you must obtain detailed information and have a complete understanding of all fees, charges, and expenses for which you may be liable. If the meaning of any such fees is unclear to you, you must request clarification as to how such fees apply in specific monetary terms before using the services or engaging in any transactions.
