The reasons respondents give for not using cryptocurrency for payment vary by age.
For Zoomers, the main problem is the lack of the ability to pay for goods and services with cryptocurrency (37%), while for Boomers, it's discomfort with the very idea of this payment method (65%).
29.5% of respondents said they already own crypto assets or have previously invested in them. More than half of respondents (55% of men and 49% of women) admitted that knowledge about cryptocurrency and digital wallets makes a person more attractive as a partner. 17% of respondents believe that owning digital assets significantly increases their attractiveness. Among millennials, 30% share this opinion, while among Generation Z, 28% share it.
Unexpectedly, young people showed the greatest interest in digital assets. 66% of millennials and 65% of Zoomers noted the benefit of knowing about cryptocurrencies. By comparison, only 37% of Boomers share this view.
50% of men and 35% of women would be willing to try a dating app that matches partners based on their cryptocurrency interests or wallet compatibility. Young men showed the greatest interest: 65% of male Zoomers and 64% of male Millennials. 53% of female Zoomers and 48% of female Millennials also expressed interest.
